Edited by: Flair Tachyon on 21/01/2011 15:52:18 That fit does not work anymore. If you are alone in a site the sleepers neut you so dry in a t3 that the only active mod you wil be able to sustain is the suitcase.
That being said, the neut patch only made life harder for solo pilots. We regularily do c5 sites/anomalys with 4 Tengu + 1 Chimera. Worked well before the patch, und after replacing active tanks with passive buffertanks it works the same as before.
This fit works well with 3+ gangmates. The buffer is sufficient for the first capital escalation, if you need more safety there is enough room to replace the painter with a second extender. It is also much cheaper than anything using deadspace boosters and faction invu-fields.

T2 fit. He is not keeping his cap.
In practical gameplay we warp in the tengu and clear the first spawn up leaving only the trigger. When the chimera arrives we are practically only fighting the 6 guardians. So far the chimera was never neuted dry. Most of the time there was at least 1 tengu getting some of the neuts too. Or the sleepers switch before the carriers cap fails. All our tengu carry a large shield transfer, so when the carrier has all neuts/aggro on it we can remote rep it, the hardeners on the chimera normally can be kept up when no capital mods need to run. And of corse there are not 6 guardians very long, they get shot down.

Originally by: Emperor Salazar Thats impossible. A few tengus and a capital? According to Markus you need at least 20 ships, probably more to survive.
/end sarcasm.
HeŠs probably referring to the ultra rare random spawns of 1 Hic + 10 Hac/Recon/T3. These are really tough und require more people.

You should not be so harsh to them. In the last 12 month there has been a noticable shortage of c3/4 corps of limited competence. I mean, back then you found people ratting/mining about once a week who didnŠt notice your probes right away. Today these have gotten much to rare for my tastes.
